How We Work

  • Discovery

    We will help define the objectives and requirements for your website. We will spend time studying and understanding your audience and your industry. This is also the phase that we create your project plan and deliverables schedule.

  • Structure

    We develop a fully functional wireframe focusing on the layout and usability of your website. Before we begin designing we make sure we are working with a foundation that is sure to meet your needs. You review and we make any requested changes.

  • Design

    With your goals and customer in mind we create a custom design that is a fit with your brand and will connect with your audience. You review and we make any requested changes.

  • Build

    We optimize the graphics for the web and complete all the final programming. This is the stage we will integrate your Content Management System.

  • Launch

    We get your website live on your domain and provide you with a handoff packet with all the information you need to manage your new website.

Easy Collaboration

You will have access to your project every step of the way. From wireframe to the final coding you will be able to see the work in your browser. Each step you will have the opportunity to “sign off” on the progress before we move to the next step. This ensures we don’t move ahead with something you are not completely satisfied with.

  • Project Management and Collaboration

    Through our customized onehub workspace you will be able to communicate with us, approve files and monitor the progress of your project.

  • We Listen

    When we gather information about your project, we really take the time to understand your goals and your customer. If we send you a concept and you are not completely happy with it, we change it until you are.

  • Fair and Easy Billing

    For most projects we charge a flat rate instead of hourly billing. This ensures you do not go over budget or get stuck with any hidden charges. We only charge 50% to begin a project. The other half is due when your new site goes live. We believe this is the fairest for both parties.
